SWB-7500 (Supreme Weather Barrier-7500)
A waterproof, breathable liquid applied weather resistive barrier for the Wet-Flash system that bonds directly to sheathing substrates.
Based on STP Polymer technology, combining the benefits of urethanes and silicone while containing no isocyanates or solvents.
SWB 7500 adds flexibility to the construction schedule and allows earlier dry-in periods, SWB-7500 can be applied in unfavorable
conditions and be rained on immediately after installation is complete, SWB-7500 can be exposed to weather for 3 months. BEI
routinely Lab tests SWB-7500 in both commercial and residential style mockups to conditions exceeding Category 5 Hurricane, and
passes. SWB-7500 passes ASTM 331, Less than 2% VOC, 300% Elongation, Perm Rating 23, Controls mold and mildew growth,
Paintable, Self-seals fasteners.
