PM-7000 (Penetration Membrane-7000)
A flexible, high performance waterproofing membrane for the Wet-Flash system that is used to coat rough openings prior to window
or door installations. With BEI’s PM-7000 installation, water is properly managed to the drainage plane. PM-7000 can be applied in
unfavorable conditions and be rained on immediately after being applied. PM-7000 is easily inspectable, adds flexibility to the
construction schedule, easily applied and is used in new and remedial construction. BEI routinely lab tests PM-7000 installations, in
both commercial and residential style mockups to conditions exceeding Category 5 Hurricane, and passes.
Less than 2% VOC, Perm rating 26, 400% Elongation, Controls mold growth, Excellent bond strength, ASTM E-331 Pass.
